Zak is an excellent trainer! He assessed my fitness level and created a program perfect for my body. He challenges me and knows when I have reached my limit. I would highly recommend him if you want results!
Zak has improved my diet, my physique and my overall health. Our training sessions allow me to work out and learn at the same time. Zak has been training me for 6 months, and I have cut my BMI in half since we started.
It would have been more if i had followed Zak's guidance on diet the entire time. (Fat Kid Problems).

3. Even when I feel like my results are slowing he takes pictures, does measurements and shows me how I'm getting stronger.
