IKEA's Swedish approach to global logistics
I don't know about you, but I am amazed at how skillfully IKEA finds ways to develop global logistics through its existence. It is a huge holding company, without which I can no longer imagine the global economy. Just look at how many countries it is represented in, even if only by a few stores. I wonder what the secret is — is it their Swedish pragmatism, or is there some secret ingredient?

I think it's a mix of everything at once — Swedes are very good at thinking several steps ahead, especially when it comes to business processes. I once had several meetings with IKEA managers, and I got the impression that they grew up with documents and numbers from an early age.
