I have been a NASM certified personal trainer in Oklahoma City for 5 years. I have continued my education with certifications in nutrition, sports performance, injury prevention, and yoga instruction that enable me to use a progressive systemic approach when helping my clients. My focus is on working with and helping anyone who desire to make lifestyle changes in an effort to become more fit for health or for fun. I work side by side with my clients to develop individualized programs that are sustainable long-term for them to meet and/or exceed their fitness goals.
