 I eat, sleep, and breathe fitness, it has formed the basis of my social, academic, and working life for as long as I can remember. My love for fitness, and desire to help others improve the quality of their everyday lives, prompted me to become a personal trainer. I love what I do and I love to see my clients succeed. From strength training to corrective exercise, my methods focus on helping people lose weight, gain strength, and bring balance back into their lives. I do this by teaching my clients how to live a fitness-oriented lifestyle with strength development/maintenance, flexibility/range of motion, and proper nutrition.
