Go to Pinearoma Gym and challenge the Gym Leader Lila. She specializes in Fire-type Pokemon and has a Magmortar as her ace. Defeat her and get the Blaze Badge and TM50 Overheat.
Go to Route E and enter the cave. Follow the path until you reach another portal that leads to Solar City.
Go back to Professor Avery's lab and talk to him. He will tell you that Team Mirage has captured Celebi and taken it to their base in Bluish Path.
Go to Bluish Path and enter Team Mirage's base. Fight your way through the grunts and reach the leader of Team Mirage, Kevin. He will have a Celebi under his control and challenge you to a battle.
